Shipping Rules & Restrictions

We can only ship to the United States and Canada. Currently this site offers only NTSC formatted DVDs and videos that are Region One encoded for use in the USA and Canada. Not all products can ship into Canada. These exceptions will be noted in the product description area.

Duties & Taxes

All Canadian shipments must list the value of the order on shipping carton for customs reasons.  All taxes, brokerage fees, and duties related to the importation and compliance of local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient.  National Geographic is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local government agencies concerning the import of your order.
