Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Every product we sell is backed by our 100% money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the item(s) within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to you for an exchange of equal or lesser value. If you exchange your product for a more expensive item, you will need to furnish a credit card to cover the difference in price and shipping and handling.

National Geographic DVD & Video offers an exchange for the full purchase amount (including applicable sales tax but excluding shipping and handling fees) if the item is returned within 30 days of the date we ship the item to you. Shipping and handling will only be refunded if the charge is the result of our error. For items labeled "Clearance” or “All Sales Final" at the time of purchase, no refund or exchange will be made except to replace defective merchandise.

Returning Your Purchase

Refunds

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment only to the original purchaser. Gift recipients as designated in the ship-to address may exchange returned items only for other items of equal or lesser value.

We can only process refunds and exchanges for items that were purchased directly from this National Geographic DVD & Video web site. Purchases made from any other retail stores, mail order catalog or other web sites must be returned to original merchant and are subject to that merchant's policies.
