How do I find out when a program will be released on VHS or DVD?

Check the New Releases area for available Pre-Orders to reserve your copy in advance. If you cannot find a program in New Releases, please send us an e-mail to inquire about the specific title to custserv@natgeovideos.com.

If I cannot find program on your site, does that mean it is not available on video?

We want to make as many programs available on VHS and DVD as possible. If you cannot find a program, please send us an e-mail request at custserv@natgeovideos.com. Although we cannot guarantee its release, we will let you know if and when it will be made available.
