Mail Orders

We accept checks and money orders but we do not accept purchase orders. To purchase items using a check or money order, please make it payable to National Geographic Home Video for the total amount of your order including shipping & handling as well as any applicable taxes. Taxes are applied to all orders shipping to the following states: AL, CA, CT, CO, DC, IL, MI, NY, OH and UT.

The address for mail orders is National Geographic Home Video P.O. Box 400215 Des Moines, IA 50340-2015. Please note that mail orders take up to 6 weeks to process.
